Wake at 5.30am, had some light breakfast. Cycling to Phaya Mengrai is 53km. It takes me about 4hrs. This road is small road and less traffic.My Bicycle is resting, at lake near Phaya Mengrai.I stop at junction to ask for direction to Chiang Khong. I met a friendly good speaking school teacher, She explain me very clearly. I never seen any Thai women speaking good English like her. The most expensive place I pay in my travel. It's call Bansuwan Resort. I pay 35RM for a night very clear and beautiful bed and toilet. Hope to go the best sleep. Today is my last day in Thailand. I will cycle to Chiang Khong and take a boat to cross the Mekong river to Laos.

Dinner at Night Bassar in Chiang Rai
This beautiful girls are to perform dance and sing songs for the guest daily. Many tourist can be seen here with their wife's and children's.They have all kinds of food, just name it you get it. Or you take a tour around the place to look for your food.
Long neck women
In the afternoon the same day I went to Hill tribe Village. Not far away from Chiang Rai. You have to pay 30RM for a person to visit is place. They live here and perform culture shows for visited everyday. White Temple in Chiang Rai
Today 26.6.08 is my rest day after cycling for 3 day covering 250km. In the hotel some tourist recommended to visit the white temple and Long neck women, about 20km from Chiang Rai. I rented a motor bike and went to all the wonderful places.This beautiful building the a toilet near the white temple.Inside the white temple there are statue and drawing of BuddhaA beautiful golden temple on the road side

Cycling Paya Yao to Chiang Rai
Morning wake up at 5.00am. Cycling Pha Yao to Chiang Rai is 95km. I reach Chiang Rai at 3.00pm.A very old temple on the road side.Met some students while resting at the bus stop. They cant' speaks English.
An Evening in Pha Yao
The Lampang is a lake town. Meet some policeman a duty and a few cyclist. They training for bicycle competition coming up very soon.A Temple new the lake.Policeman on duty.
Cycling Ngao to Pha Yao
Cycling to Pha Yao is 60km. I met a English speaking Thai guy on the road. He call me to his farm. Here at the farm I met the parents and his wife.Most of the time I have to push my bike. It was hilly all the way, and the heat is killing too.
Cycling from Lampang to Ngao
Start cycling at 7.00am. It was very hot day. Lampang to Ngao is 84km. On the way there many pineapple plants. They very juices and sweet. Mr.Pit is x policeman and he is a farmer. He grows papaya trees and mangoes

2rd day in Lampang House Boat
